"Good morning Jason and the HeartVoice team,

I am going to attempt to answer your questions and please feel free to use some or all of my responses as testimonials to your company and products.

1. I was given a “action figure doll with my face on it” years ago from my sister and I take it everywhere when traveling. Friends and family love the pictures and it’s fun to put him in funny places.

Recently I wanted to give my best friend and his family a unique gift and thought of my own doll. I went on Google and came across some sites offering AI generated figures. I looked through many of them and found most were the same; pricing, appearance, and delivery.

When I opened HeartVoice Gift site, I immediately noticed that they gave me the opportunity to design my own. This is a unique feature that made my gifts more heartfelt. Because of this feature, I chose HeartVoice Gifts.

The site was easy to use and had a large…, almost endless variety of options I could use to create my figures. And when I say “easy to use”, believe me. I am not all that computer savvy. I designed my figures with their AI tool and couldn’t believe how well they looked.

Once I was finished I went to the order page and paid with my PayPal account. This is the only option for payment they offer. I liked this because for some reason I feel PayPal is more secure than giving an unknown company my credit card information. It gives me the feeling that this is a legitimate company. Just my personal thinking. And as I learned, this is a great company to work with.

The HeartVoice team worked with me throughout the creation process, sent me proofs of their work and waited for my approval before going to the next step, added some extra features which enhanced my figures even more, and again waited for my approval before making any changes. The whole process was like I was given an entire team to work with me personally. I have never had such attention from another company. And the proofs that they sent me are REMARKABLE. The final product is even better than I imagined. The figures are exact replicas of my friend and his family. I only wish I had ordered two of each figure so that I could have a copy of them too. I may still order them again just so I can start taking them with me on my travels and amuse my friends and family with some pictures.

In closing, I looked at most of the sites that offered this service and feel 100% confident that I chose the best. The ability to create anything I could imagine, the incredible personalized service from the staff during the whole process, the ease of the site and the creating process, and most of all, the great feeling I have after having dealt with HeartVoice. I cannot recommend them enough. I’m sure other companies offer good products but HeartVoice is far and beyond outstanding in every phase of this adventure.
